🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us.

1. Samples, Decants & Travel Sizes

  • All decants, samples, and travel-size items are hand-prepared and sealed for hygiene and safety.

  • All sales are final on these items. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.


2. Full Bottle Returns (Unopened Only)

  • Returns are accepted on full presentation bottles that are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping labels are provided free of charge.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

  • Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Important: If a bottle is returned opened or not in its original conditionin an apparent attempt to abuse our return system, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee of up to 80%.


 

3. Refunds (Processing)

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.

  • Refunds are not offered for personal dissatisfaction with fragrance or performance.


 

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified before they are shipped by contacting us at Echoscentco@gmail.com

  • Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled or refunded.


 

5. Shipping Protection

  • If you purchased shipping protection, we will assist with claims for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after the claim is approved (usually within 7 business days).


 

6. International Orders

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • This return and refund policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 48 business hours.
